2. Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
To make a purchase as a private person, you need to be over 18 years of age and have the right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law, e.g. not be under guardianship.
Customers under 18 must have guardian's approval.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to info@grip4days.se.

3. Delivery

Within Sweden, our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days. Within EU, our normal delivery times are 5-7 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
We send to the nearest delivery point or directly to the letterbox for smaller shipments.
We reserve the right for all stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock.
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the e-mail address: info@grip4days.se.

3.1 Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers occur beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If that occurs, we waive responsibility for compensation to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We always try to let you know if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK as standard, please use the offered currency converter on the site to view a estimate on your local currency. All prices include VAT according to the applicable VAT rate within the EU. 
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

5. Promotions and offers

Grip4days may from time to time offer promotions on the Site that may have more favorable terms than what appears in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Grip4days in connection with the campaign. Grip4days reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a campaign, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific goods on the Site are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

6. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase within Sweden, the return shipping cost is SEK 69 if the customer uses our portal. The return cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

6.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The easiest way to make your return is via our portal, click here.
Otherwise, the customer must send us a message at info@grip4days.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
The customer is responsible for the condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.

6.3 Fair use

Grip4days FAIR USE As a customer with us, you have the right to be able to order goods, try them on at home and return goods that do not fit. But unfortunately we have discovered that there is a worrying behavior among some customers where they systematically order goods and then return almost everything, which is both bad for the environment and costly to deal with. It may also be that we suspect that goods have been systematically returned after use or some form of fraud. If we discover this type of behavior, we reserve the right to suspend a customer. The suspension is not time-limited. As usual, we only enter into an agreement when we have sent an email with order confirmation and receipt. A suspension does not happen randomly, and not in individual cases/occasions. It is based on many different factors in customer behaviour, such as: number of purchases, number of returns, order and return composition, how to use/abuse free delivery and returns, delayed returns and alleged missing goods/returns/deliveries.

7. Claims and complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

7.1 How do you proceed with complaints?

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@grip4days.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

8. Warranty


The respective manufacturer's warranty conditions apply.
The warranty only applies to material defects, i.e. manufacturing and product defects that exist on the date of delivery.

Consumables, brake pads, brake discs, handles, tires and other consumable items are excluded from warranty.

Warranty is not provided for products that have been handled incorrectly, incorrectly assembled, modified, inadequately cared for, worn or otherwise not used as intended.

All warranties provided are valid in Sweden and in cases where the product needs to be sent to the manufacturer for remediation outside of Sweden, Grip4days undertakes to pay for shipping and carry out any administrative work.

When invoking a warranty, the customer must report a fault to info@grip4days.se for easier handling. Please note that obtaining a return number does not constitute an approved warranty case. When returning, the return shipping must be paid and with the invoice/delivery note attached and clearly marked with the return number. The item must be packed in Posten-approved outer packaging (e.g. corrugated cardboard). Warranty cases received by Grip4days without approved outer packaging (e.g. in envelopes) are returned to the customer without action as these cannot be approved for warranty action.

The warranty is only valid when Grip4days has received the product and found it sent in accordance with the above conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

10. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

11. Information about Cookies

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. 12. Personal data

By shopping at Grip4days, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.
Grip4days is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.
The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12.1 What is personal data?

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

12.2 What data do we store?

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

12.3 Legal Basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.

12.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?

12.4.1 Payment provider

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Union Pay.

12.4.2 Shipping company

In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we work with are: DHL and Postnord.

12.4.3 Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Shopify for sending newsletters. 

12.4.4 Reviews and customer surveys

We always strive to provide the best possible service and buying experience, which is why we use services such as Prisjakt.nu, Trustpilot.com, Pricerunner.se and Judge.me. When you shop with us, first name, last name and email address are shared in order to send out the review request.

12.5 The Right of Access

You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

12.6 Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

12.7 The right to be forgotten

You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

12.8 Responsible for data protection

Grip4days is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

12.9 How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
We use the platform Shopify.com.

13. Package not collected

If your package arrives at a drop-off location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged SEK 200 including VAT to cover transport and administration costs.

14. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

15. Dispute and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
