Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

🇸🇪 Sweden - Returns from Sweden cost SEK 69, which will be deducted from the refund amount via our portal. Click here.

🇩🇰 Denmark - Returns from Denmark cost DKK 99 via our portal. Click here.

🇫🇮 Finland - Returns from Finland cost EUR 14.99 via our portal. Click here.

🇳🇴 Norway - The customer is responsible for the return cost. Please contact us before returning so we can assist with proper customs handling, to avoid extra fees or delays. 

🇪🇺 Remaining Europe - The customer is responsible for the return cost and chooses their own preferred shipping provider with tracking. Please fill out this form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

In the case of approved warranty complaints, we are responsible for the return shipping.

Measures in case of canceled/open purchase

  1. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Please visit our returns portal through the link above.
  3. Pack your package and include the packing slip/invoice/receipt so we can identify the return faster upon arrival. Remember that you are responsible for the packaging for us.
  4. Use the QR code at your nearest agent or print and tape your new waybill to the package. Remember to remove or cover the old waybill.
  5. Leave your parcel at your nearest Postnord agent.

Measures in the event of a complaint

  1. Any errors and defects must be reported to info@grip4days.se where you state your name, address, order number and a description of the error.
  2. We will return with a prepaid shipping note that you print and tape to your package. Remember to remove or cover the old waybill.
  3. Pack your package and include the packing slip/invoice/receipt so we can identify the return faster upon arrival. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund as well.
