• Specific Pattern Design: The DH16's tread is conceived for hard and mixed ground. The specific design of its lateral blocks ensures additional grip, and therefore confidence, under cornering. Its bespoke pattern is the most compact of the range, with more rubber in contact with the track meaning superior grip, a more even distribution of loads and longer life. The MICHELIN DH 16 is the fastest tyre in the DH Racing Line range.
• Magi-X Rubber Compound: The new Magi-X rubber compound offers improved grip at low temperatures and reduces rolling resistance by approximately 19%, increasing efficiency on various types of terrain.
• New Construction: The tire has a 55/120 TPI dual-ply casing and a double-woven nylon layer for increased wear resistance and puncture resistance. Despite these reinforcements, the tires are 11% lighter than previous models, improving acceleration and handling.
• The new foldable design has a collapsible edge wire makes the tire easier to transport and install, while maintaining its robustness and performance.
