The Crankbrothers Easy Release cleats are optimized for beginners or those new to clip-in pedals. A 10 degree release angle makes it easier to detach the foot. The cleats are made of brass and are compatible with all Crankbrothers clip-in pedals and 2-bolt MTB shoes. Spacers are included.
