Developed in collaboration with gravity pro Brandon Semenuk, the Chromag Wax grip is designed for riders who want the cushioning and feel of an “all-rubber” grip (no plastic core).
The advantages of being a slip-on (rather than lock-on) are that there are no metal collars to get in the way when returning your hands to the bars (after a trick), and with no plastic core this means all rubber between your hands and the bar, giving a softer, more forgiving feel.
At 150mm long, the Wax grip are extra wide to allow plenty of room for different hand positions. The specially developed polymer blend with 25a hardness is soft and sticky.
The Wax also has grooves and notches to make use of if you like to wire on your grips for added security.
