SRAM DUB Bottom Bracket are a new standard from SRAM. According to SRAM, it is this standard that will take over when it comes to crank parts from SRAM. 28.99mm axle instead of the 24 or 30mm that has been standard before.
DUB cranks use a axle that is 28.99mm which is slightly thinner than the usual 30mm standard, but this means you get a light and stiff oversize axle while allowing slightly larger dimensioned bearings which gives longer durability and not least that you can find a DUB bottom bracket that fits.
